I have to say it reminds me of ads I used to see on buses: "Can't speak or read English? Call this number!"

    I noticed at the library that they had bookmarks that said something like those English bus ads you mentioned. But then I realized that they said "Do you know someone who wants to learn to speak or read English? Call ###-###-####." That made more sense.
